WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PG MACHINES SHIP TO?

PG Machines ships to Australia Only

All shipments can be tracked by entering your tracking number at www.TNTexpress.com

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that in certain areas only a limited range of delivery services is available. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

Some items are sent straight from our supplier to your door, we will do everything within our power to make sure your parts are delivered in a timely fashion

PG Machines is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Every purchase from PG Machines will be insured from the time it is dispatched from our distribution centre to the moment it is delivered to you, or to the person nominated by you to take delivery on your behalf. Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item is delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.

PG Machines is not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature authentication upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, PG Machines will run free shipping promotions. To be notified of these and other promotions, sign up to our email newsletter. Free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

Shipping Information

We shall endeavour to deliver the product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in any event within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you place your order) unless you have agreed to a later delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame that PG Machines gives for delivery estimations, nor are we accountable for this time for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Making a purchase on PGMachines is easy. Simply select your items, along with colour and quantity. These items will be added to your shopping cart and highlighted on the top right menu toolbar of your screen. Click ‘buy now’ and follow the straightforward prompts on screen.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless they are marked “Sold Out” on each individual product page. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

The PGMachines.com.au website can be used without an account, however, to place an order or to track a shipment, the website requires that you create a personal account. By registering with PGMachines.com.au you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your account:
